The employees know how to treat guests and to make them feel welcome.
From the airport, take the main road (only one) and head straight towards Palenque. Before you reach the Mayan Head monument, turn left and go straight for 66 yards. The hotel is on the left hand side. Airport of Palenque: From the airport, take road to Escarcega 180 east. Keep driving for 1 hour, and pay attention at the Catazaja Junction to turn right. In the direction to Palenque Road 199 South, it is a 1hr/30min drive. This hotel is listed on most hotel reservation web sites.
