
| Sheltered in the palm trees at the bottom of Elephantine Island are three Nubian Villages. We found the Nubian People to be very kind and hospitable. We were invited into their home and were invited to share some home made bread that they were baking. They were very happy to show us how they earned a living and lived in their villages. |
