Sisikon is situated on the shores of Lake Lucerne and along the world famous "Axen"-Street. Sisikon is an ideal stopover and holiday resort - on the Gotthard route with a beautiful panorama view of the lake and mountains. By boat, car or railway you can easily reach the many historical sites of the oldest part of Switzerland; ie. (Tell's chapel, Rütli meadow, Treib mansion, Tell monument). Sisikon is also a point of departure for the many famous alpine passes such as Gotthard, Klausen, Susten, and many excurions into the nearby mountains.
We were there in August of 1999.
