LA VENTA, Museum. This page consists of a series of pictures taken of the exhibits on display at the La Venta Museum on January 27, 2004. No attempt will be made on this page to identify the objects in the photos. The photos are of high quality and therefore the entire page is a little slow in loading. Your patience should be rewarded, since these photos are not on any other web page that we know of at this time. The major portion of the discoveries at La Venta were taken to the two museums of Villahermosa and Mexico City. The photos on this page were taken with digital cameras and the use of [no flash] (required by tourists in museums). If you are trying to take pictures in museums, we recommend digital cameras since you can adjust digital camera settings making flash unnecessary.
