The Parque Zoológico La Aurora is a wonderful zoological park located in Guatemala City, Guatemala. The zoo has three different main viewing areas, where animals from the America's, Africa & Asia can be observed. When we went to Guatemala City we had no idea that they have a very nice zoo there. We spent half a day there and found it to be more interesting than many zoos we had visited in the United States. We highly recommend taking a few hours to visit the zoo.
